Abbott Investments works throughout Eastern Massachusetts with strong roots in the NewMarket neighborhood of Boston. Abbott is open to partnerships or joint ventures with parties that share its vision. Abbott principals source investment opportunities for themselves and their prospective partners. They source, analyze, underwrite and manage real estate and solar investments on a deal-by-deal basis with no formal fund structure, and have served on various occasions as general partners, limited partners, JV equity, and tenants in common.

Asset types: Warehousing, distribution, logistics, niche manufacturing, research and development, and medical (preferably with renewable energy value add components)
